Large Licensed Home Care Agency servicing all of New York State is in need of a branch manager for their Buffalo Branch.
Job responsibilities include:
Overseeing staffing coordinators
Oversee billing
Oversee conflicts
Oversee recruitment
Oversee day to day operations
Oversee HR
Oversee comliance
Oversee nursing/clinical team
Must have:
Knowledge of HHA Exchange
Prior Home Care Experience
Work well under pressure
