What would you be doing?

• Assisting members in their own homes with general tasks. These tasks are but not limited to; grocery shopping, errands, meal prep, medication reminders only, laundry assistance, general light cleaning, socialization, companionship, and spending quality one on one time with the members.

Do you have to help with personal cares?

• No. We have 2 types of members: non-personal members (no hands on care at all) and personal-care members. The extent of assisting with personal cares would be generally assisting washing the members back and/or hair. Most of our members are able to provide their own shower assistance and want someone to be there while they shower. Not everyone is comfortable with personal-care and we understand :) We want you to be comfortable. If you are not comfortable with personal-cares, we will only have you see non-personal members.

Where are the members?

• We have members in all of Jefferson County. Best part is, you get to choose the area you want to work in. No driving further than you wish. If you are from the Fort Atkinson area and want to work in just Fort/Jefferson, we get it! No worries, we have members for you. If you live in Watertown area and just want to stay in Watertown, you can do that too! If you LOVE to drive, feel free to tour Jefferson County!

What are my hours?

• We have a schedule that works around your availability. If you can start at 630am, we can start you at that time. If you need to get kiddos off to school and can't start until 8am. We can do that as well. We offer flexible scheduling to help you work around your life. We just ask that you keep it consistent :) For example, All Mondays 8a-4p, All Tuesdays 630a-3p, All Wednesdays 8a-1p and so on. It can be as simple as 8a-3p if that works for you as well. There is a long waiting list of members needing assistance, so we are looking to grow our team! The more availability you offer, the more hours we are able to offer. Work up to 40hrs a week if you would like, we just ask that if you are working, you work no less than 4hrs a week.

How are the members?

• All of our members are nice!!! It is awesome!!! We have a great group of members. No members have any behaviors that will put you at risk for hitting, kicking, biting, etc. Best part is NO HEAVY LIFTING! NO extensive work. If you are busting a sweat, you need to slow down!

What do you offer?

• We offer weekly direct deposit on Fridays, paid training, employee of the month, $2/hr weekly work incentive, random work bonuses, referral bonus, supplemental benefits (won't interfere with any current benefits), and mileage reimbursement between your members and when you do errands for the members. We also have a pretty amazing team here as well! They are the heart of the business, and we are looking forward to adding more amazing team members!

What are the requirements?

• Must be dependable, have a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and a working cell phone. Must be able to work with little to no supervision and be able to communicate with the office.
