Requirements*:

• Active N. J. Homemaker-Home Health Aide License
• 2 Forms of Valid Identification
• Verifiable Work History (min. 1 year)
  • Not limited to Home Health Aide Experience,
    Entry Level Aides Welcomed!

What You'll Do:
Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. This includes:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Range of motion/exercises
• Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Feeding
• Medication reminders
