Current openings at St. Benedict’s Community in Monticello:

• Full-time days: 69.75 hours per two weeks; day shift of 6:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. with every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Full-time evenings: 67.5 hours per two weeks; 2:45 p.m. - 10:45 p.m. with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Current Offerings:

• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• Benefits included pay rate minimum: $16.73

As a Home Health Aide/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at St. Benedict’s Community in Monticello, you’ll find your purpose by bringing comfort and healing to our patients and residents.

Here are some ways you’ll serve those we care for:

• Interact with them to promote comfort, and express compassion and empathy
• Critical monitoring, like measuring blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration – so we can better assess their health
• Transport them to appointments and meals
• Walking – It’s one of the most important things we can do for them- and you get to help them do it safely
• Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) – these are things we often take for granted that patients may be unable to, or need help doing themselves
  • ADLs include bathing, brushing teeth, toileting, feeding, and more

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nursing Assistant Certified listed on the MN State Nursing Assistant Registry
  • *if you are not currently certified, we offer paid training, you can still apply here!
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, can be obtained once hired
• Ages 16+ may apply

Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
