Home Health RN Job at Ultimate Home Care
- Performs field visits for admission of patients to home health services. Evaluates and documents on Oasis charting forms. Case conferences on patient care issues.
- Multiple positions for specific locations primarily in the Palmdale and Lancaster areas. Mileage reimbursement provided for nurses driving out of area.
- Assist with documentation, using tablet device, office support, Point Click care software app for easy charting.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
