Service Advisor annual range = $42,000- $140,000

Schedule: Monday- Saturday | Sunday's off with another day off mid-week.

Hours Range: 45-55 hours a week

The CAR Group is currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our excellent team as a Service Advisor at Norm Reeves Honda West Covina.

Core Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and guests, addressing customers concerns, setting and meeting customer expectations, and providing options for additional needed service to customers vehicles. The Service Advisor is the conduit between the technician and the customer and must always maintain excellent communication. Service Advisors will also assist in other various tasks including:

• Greeting customers as they arrive at the Service drive
• Communicating with and listening to customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem(s)
• Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
• Offering additional added services to customers
• Preparing thoroughly detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of the main reason(s) the customer brought the vehicle in
• Providing follow-up progress of each repair order throughout the day and contacting customers regarding any repair changes as reported by the technicians.
• Effectively analyzing quality control reports
• Processing customer monetary transactions
• Knowledge of CRM programs
• Proficient in all Microsoft Suite Apps
• Tech Savvy
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 18-years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Excellent decision-making abilities and follow-up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic.
• 2-3 years of Dealership Experience
