We are thrilled to have an experienced and award winning Head Brewer on our team. Valerie Adee (pronounced "eighty") worked at Firestone Walker as an R&D brewer in Southern CA, where she learned the craft from some of the best in the world.

Our menu has been tweaked and it's 95% complete, and beware...it's absolutely AMAZING! We are just so excited and let's keep it at that for now. Sneak peak coming end of October.

A server is a very important role in the FOH operations. The server creates and provides value in the customer’s visit and is a big part of their overall customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledges and greets customers as they are seated at their table.
  • Ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
  • Presents the daily specials and answering any questions
  • Knowledgeable about craft beer and offers food pairing suggestions
  • Comfortable with upselling appetizers, merch and dessert items.
  • Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them to the kitchen.
  • Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction.
  • Returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
  • Collects plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
  • Prepares customers checks and collects payments in a timely manner.
  • Keep the entire dining area clean.
  • Prep silverware and condiments, as needed.
  • Restroom cleanliness checks. Tidy up and restock supplies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
