We are looking to employ a hardworking and dedicated server assistant to provide assistance to our servers and ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for patrons. The server assistant’s responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages, assisting servers with processing payments. You should also be able to perform end-of-day clean-up duties.

To be successful as a server assistant, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, an outstanding server assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve excellent customer service at all times.You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities mainly include assisting servers in the following tasks

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus
• Bus and prebuss tables.
• Pack takeouts
• Run food
• Running drinks as well as refilling drinks
• Taking over the phone takeout orders and reservations.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Issue bills and accept payment

• Proven restaurant or customer service experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
