• Graciously greet guests with a smile upon arrival, escort them to their table, provide clean menus to them once seated, and inform guests of their assigned server.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the entire club and its events in order to inform guests to participate in other areas of the club as well as the restaurant.
• Manage special seating requests of guests consistent with table availability and reservations.
• Maintain good safety awareness and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Must be able to positively handle challenges presented by upset or demanding members' requests or complaints.

• Must be able to continuously work in a restaurant environment with noise; and occasionally walk on wet, slippery surfaces, and infrequent loud music.
