While no formal education is required a high school diploma is often preferred.- Consciously remain well-groomed with the correct hotel uniform and ID badge all the time during work shift
- Ability to give tourists local information about tourist spots and theaters
- Must always be courteous customer-oriented with a cheerful disposition
- Excellent manners and courtesy
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets guests upon arrival and directs guests for check-in.- Providing information about the town or city if requested
- Be trained in polite manners and efficient customer service
- Assist physically challenged guests or those with special needs.
- Provide guests with travel directions and other information of interest to hotel quests.
