Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper for the beautiful 147 rooms Holiday Inn Richmond Midtown. The Executive housekeepers are in charge of overseeing and managing the housekeeping department of the hotel and reports to the General Manager.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service.
- Supports the General Manager in the daily operation.
- Work according to IHG brand standards.
- Keep the rooms and public areas in clean and hygienic conditions according to the policy and procedure set by the hotel.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and team.
- Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met.
- Hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Distribute and delegate workload to guarantee maximum productivity and guest satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor and materials.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the immediate reporting line.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
