Pioneer Interests is seeking a skilled HP Latex Printing Specialist / Vinyl Installer to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for operating our custom HP Latex 115 machine to print high-quality vinyl graphics and signage, as well as install them on various surfaces. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate HP Latex 115 machine to print vinyl graphics and signage
• Manage ink and vinyl inventory, and order supplies as needed
• Perform quality control checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Adjust print settings to optimize color accuracy and print quality
• Interpret design files and prepare files for printing
• Prepare and cut vinyl graphics using a vinyl cutter as needed
• Install vinyl graphics on various surfaces, including walls, windows, and vehicles
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, safely, and on time
• Use proper tools and techniques to remove old vinyl graphics
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating an HP Latex printing machine
• Knowledge of various vinyl types and their applications
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Ability to read and interpret design files
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
