Responsibilities:

• Ensure ultimate customer experience by overseeing operations in both front and back of house
• Support senior managers as directed
• Cash out drawers at end of shifts
• Closing paperwork
• Other duties as assigned by the GM

Requirements:

• Restaurant experience required, preferable in a fast casual environment. No management experience required.
• Genuine desire and ability to provide amazing experience for customers and staff
• Genuine desire to serve others including staff thru training and development
• Ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, high standards, a strong work ethic, and a continuous drive to improve.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 - 30 pounds at times.
