We are currently seeking a Direct Support House Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) divisionin New Castle County, Delaware.

Position Overview

The position of House Manager is an entry level, direct care supervisory position. Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the House Manager will provide for the safety and well-being of each resident within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with residents, staff, consultants, and administration. Responsibility to residents include: provision of framework for an enjoyable learning experience in a family setting and provision of the skills, information, guidance, supervision and training necessary to foster growth and development. The House Manager will be responsible for all employee work schedules, and individual routine/programming while serving as a positive role model for the resident population as well as program workers.

Salary: Earn up to$48,900.00/Annually with Enhanced Pay

House Manager - DE

$45,000.00/annually

Enhanced Pay Eligible - which equates to an additional $3,900.00 annually for a total of $48,900.00/annually

Typically supervises 2-3 homes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Direct Support experience required.
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities required.
• Residential Supervisory experience preferred.
