Responsibilities:

• Professionally clean and maintain our properties in accordance with our cleaning and property appearance standards.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms and outside to clean under and behind them.
• Rearrange furniture that may have been moved by a guest.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
• Utilize our software and smartphone app daily and leverage our technology to aide your workday.
• Identify and note any damages or issues in the properties using our software or smartphone app.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Stock homes with our guest amenities and supplies.
• Assist with preparing linen bags as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

• Demonstratable experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not necessarily required.
• Ability to learn quickly and without considerable repetition.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.
• Moderate familiarity with technology such as smartphone apps, email, and SMS messaging.

Requirements:

• Located in the Panama City Beach, Miramar Beach, or Destin, FL areas and willing to travel to any location within our serviceable area.

Compensation:

• $18 - $25/hour, depending on experience and availability.
• This is a directly-employed W2 position with access to health/dental/vision insurance benefits.
• Performance bonuses.
