Housekeeping Manager Job at Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper, oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the Housekeeping staff to ensure the cleaning of rooms, public areas in the Hotel, Housekeeper (EVS) area and Laundry room. Assists during the course of the day in maintaining the flow of production of rooms being cleaned and released to the Front Desk. Maintains the confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year experience to include six (6) months custodial and hotel facility experience and six (6) months experience in a supervisory capacity. Typing and computer experience required. Associates Degree preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
