**THIS ROLE IS LOCATED ALONG THE OREGON COAST **

We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Housing Coordinator to join one of our community mental health providers!

Job Summary:

Rural behavioral health agency on the Oregon Coast seeks a full-time Housing Coordinator.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, co-workers, vendors, and other customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of community activities and events.
  • Process rent payments and security deposit refunds.
  • Inspect apartments on a regular basis and address maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, business accounting or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and landlord-tenant law.
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bi-lingual
