HR Designee & Medical Records Specialist Job at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an HR Designee / Medical Records Specialist to join our team! This position will serve as an extension of the corporate HR department to provide key messaging to employees and will ensure the integrity of the patient medical record.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Branch Director
- Answer phone; screen calls, and route patient care calls appropriately.
- Serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees
- Prepare patient assessment packets.
- Process signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents.
- Follow up on order tracking reports; reprocess unsigned orders and other key documents.
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Six months of experience performing healthcare office functions is preferred.
- Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
