We are looking for a skilled & organized Human Resources Generalist to join our office.
Position Title: HR Generalist
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00AM-5:30PM
Language: Bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Create and type office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute and route mail. Order & track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls & record messages.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
- Maintain space designated for completing applications & ensure it is clean, well maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's).
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Pay: $21.00 per hour
