HR/Office Admin Specialist Job at Complete Recovery Corp
The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the VP of HR as well as the VP of Operations for their respective operational department. This position will report directly to one VP with a dotted line relationship to the other.
HR Job Duties:
- Support the sourcing, recruiting and onboarding of new hires, including the creation of necessary credentials.
- Act as point of contact for HR guidance and support
- Other duties as assigned by Head of HR
Operational Support Job Duties:
- Attend staff meetings and serve as note taker and administrative support
- Assist with operational travel, promotions, program support.
- Support the office environment by organizing supplies, coordinating space and furniture needs, maintaining operation of break room equipment, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the VP of Call Center Operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, clients in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
- Ability to use high level professional presentation skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge and ability to use office equipment including: computer, headset telephone, copier, fax, and calculator.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to act in a truly consultative role within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
