HR Operations will deliver a no-equal experience throughout the employee’s lifecycle. As an integral part of the team, the HR Operations Administrator will provide customer service based support for HR Operations programs, activities, and processes including but not limited to new hire processing, onboarding, HRIS transactions, transitions and record keeping. This position will also provide administrative and general support to the HR Operations team on a variety of routine activities as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)

Service Delivery (85%)

  • Using established protocols and tiered escalation, respond to issues and requests from HR, employees and managers in accordance with published service levels agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform supported end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including job requisition processing, new hire processing, onboarding, HRIS transactions, integration, transitions, and record keeping.
  • Answer incoming requests and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process service requests for employee actions as needed in a timely manner, ensure data integrity, and follow up as necessary to assure completion of actions.
  • Print, prepare, assemble, and maintain documentation, files, and materials in a timely manner. Distribute to appropriate parties and monitor per established procedures and protocols.

HR Operations Support Functions (15%)

  • Provide administrative support to HR Operations team as appropriate with a variety of administrative tasks and assignments.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years experience providing a broad range of customer focused administrative services.
  • Ability to engage and interact with customers in an outgoing, proactive, friendly, cordial, professional, and respectful manner at all times. Ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with all people.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing duties within a highly detail-oriented position, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a proactive manner.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with focus on high customer satisfaction through first call resolution, response and escalation protocols, professionalism, service quality and integrity.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high quality work (documents, reports, correspondence) that is concise, logical and grammatically correct. Experience reviewing the work of self to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Experience interacting effectively and diplomatically with others and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within a diverse environment.
  • Decision Making & Judgment: Ability to use excellent judgment and exercise discretion in carrying out duties related to confidential matters.
  • Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills with ability to establish effective task tracking systems.
  • Fundamental computer skills using a variety of technology tools and applications such as HR Information System, case management system, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Smart Sheets.
  • Ability to work core business hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Travel

This position requires travel up to 5% of the time.

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in McKinney, TX.

PAY

$22 - $27/hr
