About The Role
We are seeking a strong HR transformational program manager that can support the HR strategic direction of a new organization. This role will give you a unique opportunity to partner with US Business Partner Leader to create and execute organization strategies and lead scaled HR initiatives across the region(s). The ideal candidate possesses excellent HR transformation, organization development, project management skills, HR functional knowledge, and a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence. In this role, you will work with HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence, key business stakeholders, and employees.
Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic thought leadership to the HR Business Partner Leader and act as a consultant to oversee and accelerate organizational development and change management projects.
2. Diagnosis, design and implement HR solutions, change interventions and provide oversight and leadership to leverage data-driven insights.
3. Drive core people processes efficiently across the region including workforce planning, performance review, employee engagement survey, talent management by partnering with leaders, COEs and/or HR business partners.
4. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the management of organizational development, accelerate, and enable organizational projects.
5. Apply a structured approach and methodology for employee-facing changes spanning preparation, communication, management, and reinforcement of changes
6. Design, develop and implement learning workshops that will improve the effectiveness of the aligned organization.
7. Be a trusted advisor to the HR Business Partner Leader
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Four or more years of experience related to the successful delivery of HR transformation, or change management initiatives
3. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a progressive company/industry and/or in mergers and acquisitions through an HR lens are preferred but not required.
4. Fundamental understanding of the HR domains across the value chain and an awareness of key trends in the talent & organization world.
5. Previous people management experience preferred.
6. System thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions.
7. Strong HR functional knowledge such as organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee value proposition is preferred.
8. Collaboration & influencing skills to partner with diverse HR and business stakeholders.
9. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to work in a fast-moving, innovative, and technology-oriented working environment. Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111600 - $249600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
