- Assist employees with administering the health and welfare plans including health, dental, life, and disability, 401K, FMLA, etc.
- Assist with processing of background checks, and new hire paperwork.
- Support the recruiting functions, sourcing, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Maintain accuracy of HRIS system records and compiles reports as requested from databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- This is a full time, non-exempt position reporting to the HR Director.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience working in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent in experience.
- Must be have excellent organizational skills and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced working environment with frequent interruptions, prioritizing multiple tasks, and still meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively .
- Intermediate Word, Excel skills.
