AGS is a Tier One Automotive manufacturer of bumper assemblies for GM, Stellantis, and Ford. We are expanding our business operations in Sterling Heights and are looking for a Human Resource Admin to assist with the onboarding of new hires. Job responsibilities include reporting, creating pre-screening letters, managing the drug screen and background check process, sending offer packets, facilitating new hire orientations, making new hire packets, reviewing new hire documents, and entering employees in eVerify. Ideal candidate will have a college degree in Human Resource Management or Development.
Position will start as a contract employee with the potential for full time employment in 3-6 months. Lots of growth opportunity in the Human Resource Department!
