Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources.
- Supporting the recruitment in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Assessing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Participates in full-cycle recruitment, from position requisition to placement.
- Collaborates with CHS management to develop and support recruitment strategy.
- Creates a strong pipeline of candidates to meet CHS recruitment needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
