The Human Resource Coordinator will support the department by carrying out a variety of duties including: onboarding all new employees, post openings, screen candidates, perform phone screens, schedule candidates, perform general administrative duties and answer general HR related inquiries. Bilingual is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of duties related to administering the online recruitment system. Duties will include: posting of openings, screening resumes, sending potential candidates to hiring managers for final review, updating the system to maintain a database to maintain up to date advertising for all open positions ,reviewing openings with Regional Managers to ensure all openings are current and maintain a database for all recruitment activity.
  • Facilitates all aspects for onboarding, new hire orientation, administer background checks.
  • Enters employee data and runs reports in the HRIS Paychex/payroll system.
  • Ensures all legal postings are current and displayed properly.
  • Updates onboarding documents to be state specific compliant.
  • Assist with HR Generalist duties as needed.
  • Assist with preparation/tracking of the performance review process and required training required.
  • Performs Exit interviews on involuntary terminations and reviews data with the HR Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the HRIS/Paychex payroll systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources ,Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR support/administrative role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
