Summary
The Human Resource Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new employees as well as those who work with us temporarily and as a contractor, and assisting with internal transfers and setting up interviews for hiring managers. It includes conducting and evaluating the results of pre-employment screenings, maintaining records, answering new associate's questions, coordinating visa immigration processing, and assisting/supporting recruiting. Key Responsibilities
- Onboards associates including conducting and evaluating pre-employment screenings, I-9 processing, eVerify processing, and all other pre-employment processes
- Maintains appropriate records
- Coordinates candidates interviews for hiring managers as needed
- Works with outside counsel to coordinate visa immigration processing
- Pre-screens candidates when needed
- Supports other team members including recruiting as they will also support you
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ATS systems specifically UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) strongly preferred
