Job Description – HR Admin

Location: Jollyville, Bee Cave, or Buda

Reports to: HR Director

Oil Changers is America’s leading independent quick lube operator. As a Private Equity-backed organization, we have aggressive growth targets for the next three years and seek a HR Admin looking to work in a fast-paced, multi-state environment! The ideal candidate will be able to create a business partnership with stakeholder to enhance the employee lifecycle including onboarding, health, and welfare benefits enrollments, HRIS entry and employment law interpretation.

Job Summary

This role administers employee health plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Admin ensures plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage employee onboarding to ensure checklists are completed

· Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.

· Administers health plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.

· Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.

· Reconciles benefits statements.

· Supports staff by responding to employee inquiries by phone or written correspondence.

· Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.

· Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.

· Assists with processing of terminations.

· Personnel record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

· Payroll\HRIS software experience a plus, Paycom preferred.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or one year of work experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
