Come join Quality Air of America as we are looking for an entry level Service Specialist to provide professional dryer vent cleaning, air duct repair maintenance for residential, multi-units, and commercial locations.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally service customer’s dryer vent or air duct system as indicated by job order
- Provide the customer with a complete assessment upon arrival at the home
- Looking for a problem solver who likes to work independently with some experience in home renovation projects, handyman work or customer service field
- Always present yourself in a professional manner and uphold company image
- Available to answer any questions and provide thorough responses to the customer
- Ability work independently and problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and team members
- We want this to be a career, not just a job and room for growth
- The perfect candidate will have a clean driving record
- Great communication skills for a positive customer experience, have common sense and look presentable/professional (shirts to be provided, need acceptable pants)
- Possess mechanical knowledge, and a positive attitude
Physical Demands:
- Be comfortable on a 32-foot extension ladders and roofs when necessary
- Fit into tight spaces (behind dryers, climb up in attics, down in crawl spaces)
- Be able to work kneeling down and lift heavy objects
