Job Title: Service Technician Field Supervisor

Pay Scale: Field Supervisors can earn an average of $75,000/year DOE plus competitive commission opportunities

On-Call Schedule: 1 weekend every 6-9 weeks and 1 day per week every 2-3 weeks. Provide backup to scheduled On Call technicians

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team as a Field Supervisor. This position will work with our Service Technicians in the field and assist the team with job-related questions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Possess basic needed HVAC tools
• 10+ years of residential service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Strong Customer Service and Excellent Listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make independent decisions
• Goal Oriented
• Team Player
• Process Driven
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• 10+ years of residential service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
