Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to, the following:

Provides exceptional customer service to our customers – ALWAYS

Has experience installing residential HVAC systems

Follows directions set by the Lead HVAC Installer

Makes an effort to learn all aspects of HVAC, including system installations and ductwork

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

Ensures job-site cleanliness

Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Two (2+) years of experience in the same or similar role

NATE certification a plus

Driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge of HVAC operational principles and safety practices

Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have great attention to detail

Must have a mechanical aptitude

Able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25 - $35 per hour

8 hour shift, Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

Occasional Overtime
