As an installation manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

By working closely with installation supervisor, technicians, coordinator(s), warehouse/inventory manager, and the sales manager, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

The position will be based in our office, with opportunities to travel to the market you are working in.

Responsibilities

· Schedule installations to maximize capacity based on skillset and job type for efficiency.

· Schedule the on-site visits the field supervisor needs to assist with for the day.

· Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.

· Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.

· Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results.

· Hire and maintain the best technicians in the industry.

· Construct and conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality installations.

· Monitor performance of installation technicians and advise them on how to improve.

· Ensure installers are completing the install properly including technical competency, paperwork, install checklists, reviewing photo guidelines, etc.

· Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.

· Promote enthusiasm and loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, 1:1’s, etc.

· Daily reporting of KPI’s for the huddle, weekly KPI reporting for leadership team.

· Complete employee quarterly reviews and set goals/expectations for employee progressions.

· Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

· Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget.

· Cross train for Warehouse tasks; ordering of equipment and materials

· Manage OSHA training to meet requirements (monthly OSHA training)

· Create and manage on-call calendar

· Create processes and procedures for installations and soft skills

· Prepare and present weekly install meetings to meet the needs of the team and/or company.

· Assist technicians with technical questions during the day

· Assist in the fleet management

· Backup for on-site visits with salesmen when installation questions arise to estimate job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
