Service Technicians are a very important part of our business. Our Customers rely on us having well-trained technicians in well-stocked service trucks to get their heating and cooling system back up and running as quickly as possible. They foster long lasting relationships with the customers by explaining findings, answering questions, and offering solutions to keep a well-functioning and healthy HVAC system.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• Check system operation including refrigerant level, amp draws, and temperature differentials
• Clean coils, drain lines, and pans
• Offer customers suggestions and recommendations
• Communicate findings and offer estimates for repair
• Replace parts and make repairs
• Collect payments
• Full-time position only
• OT in high demand months required
• Call duty rotation required
• During on call, shift start time is 11:30AM
• Regular shift starts 8AM first call

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Presentable appearance
• High technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
• Must have EPA certification
• High School or equivalent
• Must be 18+
• Must have valid FL driver’s license and good driving record

Benefits:

• Pay from $18.00/hr.
• Starting pay commensurate with experience level
• We pay extra for NATE certification. NATE testing available in spring and fall
