Our Landscape Design, Installation and Gardening Services company is seeking a motivated team member who is passionate about plants and loves to work outside! WHY WORK FOR US?? This is NOT a mowing position.

Full time hours available. Monday - Friday 8 hr shift schedule

Job Description includes (but is not limited to):

Scouting & reporting insect, disease or irrigation issues in the beds
Detailed gardening services
Hand Weeding
Landscape Clean Up
Trimming &Pruning of shrubs & Palms (with manual & powered equipment)
Installing & Maintaining annual flower beds & potted flower arrangements
Landscape tear out & new installations
All aspects of landscape bed maintenance
Installing Mulch, Rock & Shell

Landscape, Gardening & Plant Material Knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Must show initiative & desire to learn the horticulture industry and grow into a successful team member who helps us meet our daily goals. The applicant should be prepared to work outdoors in varying conditions daily including but not limited to extreme heat & rain. Must be able to float between gardening services and landscape installation. Starting pay depends on experience. Must have reliable transportation and have and maintain a clean, valid drivers license during employment.

Pay depends on experience and / or education.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
