An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Implementation Specialist reporting to Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to provide tactical and administrative support to Project Managers on client implementations. The Implementation Specialist will serve as a strong advocate for the company, ensuring that all implemented processes and technology are configured to client requirements and specifications.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists with User Acceptance Testing for MobilityX tools as needed
  • Assists with editing client policy documents, creating policy matrices and other Aires team training materials, etc.
  • Assists with Aires systems configuration and set up
  • Assists with building and testing reports in Aires Reporting Tool
  • Audits implementation materials and system configuration
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3years of relocation industry experience, ideally focused on client implementation
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability think strategically
  • Ability to manage project deadlines and goals, understand accountability level and deliver results
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, change heavy environment, manage multiple competing tasks, and perform at a high level in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Willing to work towards a Project Manager role
  • CRP & GMS preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Can-do attitude
