About the Role

Distribution Center Supervisors contribute to the success of FN Logistics by ensuring that our Fashion Nova customers receive a complete and accurate order, delivered on time, and in excellent condition. They do this by assisting managers and leading the day-to-day distribution center process in their respective departments.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

At FN Logistics, we are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Distribution Center Supervisor responsibilities include: supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

To be successful as a Supervisor, you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader, be dependable, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist department management with oversight of productivity results while maintaining personal productivity results that meet or exceed department expectations.
• Assist in managing and supervising employees and their performance - Influences without direct authority.
• Lead by example to ensure safety regulations are met both individually and throughout the distribution center.
• Communicate results and progress to leadership on time and with accuracy.
• Exemplify, promote, and monitor the application of consistent DC policy and procedures.
• Responsible for notifying the appropriate member of leadership or HR to escalate associate concerns in a timely manner as dictated by level of severity.
• Work on special projects and collaborate with peers and other team members as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas. Assist supervisor in monitoring compliance as assigned.
• In partnership with their supervisor or manager, team leads are responsible for promoting a safe and productive work environment by developing and training team members as part of their daily activities.

Education/Skills & Experience Requirements

The employee should have a commitment to getting tasks completed and a hands-on approach to work. This role is well-suited for people with leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

In addition, the following knowledge and skills are required:

• High School Diploma/ GED.
• Experience in fulfillment/manufacturing and distribution center or related field
• Knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
• 5 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Internal candidates must have six months FN experience, require Senior Manager approval, and past supervisory or leadership experience.
• Self-directed, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• A well-developed ability to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to receive and maintain appropriate certification for operating equipment if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
