Job Purpose

Our Team, Global Supply Chain, focuses on providing industry-leading Procurement Operations and Strategic Sourcing on a global scale at Masonite. We are looking to add a Sourcing Specialist to our Indirect Sourcing team located at Masonite’s facility in Charlotte, NC. The focus of this role is to manage the Coupa Administrator’s responsibilities as well as partner with our Corporate Services category manager to drive the success of the commodity.

You will work closely with a variety of cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and others. This role will gain experience across a broad range of procurement activities including supplier management, sourcing, contract management and procure-to-pay processes. You are a self-starter and comfortable working with limited direction while taking full ownership of your domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with category manager and key business stakeholders (Corporate Services functions) to ensure currently sourced suppliers are meeting the needs of the business.
• Provide thought leadership from a procurement/sourcing perspective and work with business partners to develop new and creative strategies to optimize relationships and services.
• Track and report savings, spending compliance, and communicate with leadership.
• Act as the single point of business support for users of Coupa. Help troubleshoot issues that users may have which could be data, process, Coupa configuration or integration related.
• Provide exceptional customer guidance in the areas of Coupa: application support, data analysis, retrieval, and self-serve as well as ad-hoc reporting.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint
• Six Sigma training desired

Experience

• Experience with a Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, Ariba or SAP as an end user, implementer, invoice processor or buyer.
• 1+ years’ experience in Indirect Sourcing, with strong track record in supporting the organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Project and/or operations management a plus
• Detailed and structured cost/financial analysis experience a plus.
