We're looking for the most DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL, and FUN group fitness instructors around. We're building a rockstar team of instructors to lead 45 minute group exercise indoor cycling classes on a regular schedule.

Our instructors are the BEST of the BEST. They are the reason why our riders get up before the sun, and grind out that evening workout after a long day. We provide our instructors with continued training, exposure, opportunities for advancement and hands-down the best fitness stage in the area. Our instructor compensation model is an industry leader. As your rider base grows and the seats begin to fill, so will your income opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize, prepare and teach classes that include “pillar” elements: music, video, choreography, performance metrics, strength (weighted bar segment) and other elements
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to class to enthusiastically greet riders and to assist with acclimation and setup for first-time riders
• Build constantly changing playlists that motivate riders with exceptional cardiovascular results
• Regularly utilize social media to promote you, your classes and our studio, building ridership and community
• Be a CycleBar brand ambassador
• Engage and participate in studio-organized events that are held periodically both within and outside the studio
• Work with Master Instructors to hone and improve class skills
• Teach Private Rides, Fundraiser Rides and Charity Rides on an as-needed basis
• Adhere to CycleBar training method, brand and safety guidelines as outlined in Instructor Training Manual

Qualifications and Skills:

• MUST have a passion for people and inspiring them
• Lots of personality, energy and love for music!
• Rhythm and ability to ride to the beat
• Able to command a 45+ person class and create an awesome experience
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred
• Previous indoor cycling experience is a plus but not required
