Industrial Electrician Job at Wiggins Incorporated
Wiggins Incorporated is a nationwide MEP contractor that is actively seeking to hire experienced Industrial Journeymen & Apprentice Electricians for our New Construction division to work at one of our Industrial projects in Bessemer City, NC. This person would need to be willing to travel if the need arose. Per diem would be provided to the candidates chosen for this role.
The candidate must possess the ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications. The candidate must be reliable and team-oriented.
Job Description:
- Ability to understand project drawings and specifications
- Possess knowledge of Industry standard Electrical Installs
- Must understand the 2020 NEC codebook and be able to reference it
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess the ability to work unsupervised
Requirements:
- Required trade licenses for this position: Journeyman Electrical License
- Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background, drug screen, and MVR test
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience for lead electricians; 7+ years experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Good communicator

- Team player
- Professional tradesman
SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
