About the Job
The Global Child, LLC is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher candidate to support our Infant/Toddler programs in our Estero, FL location.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices, be nurturing, reliable, flexible, and enjoy spending time with children.
General Responsibility:
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices, be nurturing, reliable, flexible, and enjoy spending time with children.

- Implement the Infant/Toddler curriculum for children in a center-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about Developmentally appropriate practices.
- Developmental assessments and conducting observations of children daily.
- Encouraging family engagement in the program.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is a must.
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Associate Degree or higher in a related field with coursework in Early Childhood Education, CDA.
- Experience is a must.
Special Qualifications:
- Applicants must be skilled in building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Experience working with young children or in a licensed childcare center is a must.
- Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
