The Health and Human Services (HHS) Information Technology Delivery Center (IT DC) provides end-to-end IT services to all staff in the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA). This position is a key member of the contract management team and coordinates the assistance provided to project staff and IT Management by ensuring all activities performed or initiated on HHSDC IT Project Contracts are tracked, monitored, managed, and closed properly. The HHSDC provides services to the citizens of Pennsylvania through many different programs that rely on these IT contracts. The team works together to tackle the high volume and communicates with Business Relationship Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders on the the project deliverables throughout the entire life cycle. In addition to the contract artifacts, the team also monitors and tracks contractor user management for several hundred IT contractors throughout their tenure and in accordance with the contract Appointment and Termination process.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will be expected to work from home (telework) full-time, but this could change and you may be required to come into the office, headquartered at 2525 North 7th Street, Harrisburg. You must have a securely configured high-speed Internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
- Although this is a telework position, you will be required to come to the Harrisburg office to pick up your equipment. Other reasons for coming into the office include: changes to the current telework that would require staff to come into the office, to attend training, mandatory meetings or on an ad hoc basis. Your supervisor will give you at least a 24 hour notice and all travel will be at your own expense. Parking is located at the building and is free.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Four years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
- Two years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field; or
- A bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
- One year as an Information Technology Generalist 1, Applications Developer 1, or Network Specialist 1; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
