DiLytics Inc is looking for Infrastructure Program Manager who fulfil the below criteria.

Minimum Technical Qualifications

1. At least five (5) years of full time equivalent (FTE) working experience within the last ten (10) years from the Submission of Offer date, working on a large- scale system implementation in the capacity of a Program and / or Portfolio Manager managing the delivery of infrastructure projects undertaken by the organization including but not limited to, planning, requirements, design, implementation and rollout, knowledge transition, post implementation support; and ongoing project governance.

A large-scale project/system implementation is defined as a project with implementation budget more than $5M with multiple phases and implementation staff size of more than 20 resources.

2. At least five (5) years FTE working experience within the last fifteen (15) years from the Submission of Offer date, as a Project Manager implementing infrastructure projects involving components such as Data Centers upgrades, involving servers, network devices, and storage incorporating an industry standard open and non- proprietary Project Management methodology to lead and manage various technical aspects of infrastructure projects, including working collaborating with an organization’s IT division, infrastructure and network security teams, application development teams, enterprise architecture and quality assurance units and following applicable enterprise IT standards, policies, processes, procedures, and best practices, etc.

3. At least three (3) years FTE working experience within the last ten (10) years from the Submission of Offer date, demonstrating a good understanding of project measurement metrics pertaining to schedule, scope, budget, quality, earned value, and overall risk profile for the project.

4. At least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years from the Submission of Offer date, as a technical manager, planning and managing the technical implementation or infrastructure support of technology modernization project(s) that had a project budget of $5 million dollars or higher, while using a non-proprietary project management methodologies and best practices, e.g., PMI- PMBOK, IEEE, Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) or a hybrid project management methodology.

5. The proposed staff has professional certifications including Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master or ITIL. The certificate(s) must be active and not expired by the time of offer submission and certification(s) must be maintained during the term of the contract. A copy of the certification must be provided.
