SUMMARY
Assist with housekeeping and breakfast service in a bed and breakfast in Dundee. Typical schedule will be 10-20 hours per week, and days will vary from week to week. Most shifts begin at 7:30 and end between 12:00 and 3:30, but there will be occasional shifts from 11-4:30. The business is seasonal; hours will increase significantly May – November. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and VERY detailed oriented. Must be willing to work weekend mornings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Reliable attendance
• Make beds and prepare guest rooms
• Clean guest bathrooms - toilets, bathtubs and floors
• Clean, vacuum and dust guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways and public areas
• Wash, dry, fold and iron sheets, towels and linens
• Prepare and serve 2 course gourmet breakfast, sometimes independently and sometimes with assistance
• Ensure guests have an excellent breakfast experience, provide attentive service and serve as concierge when asked about local tourist activities
• Clean, wash and store dishes, pots and pans
• Prep for breakfast the next day
• Clean kitchen counters, sinks, floors and cabinets
• Occasional additional cleaning such as washing windows

• Takes pride in work, is creative and flexible

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must provide professional references. Oregon food handler's permit required, though it can be obtained after hire. Must have own transportation. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds, and be able to go up and down a flight of stairs multiple times per day.

Wages/Benefits: Competitive starting pay and with potential to increase, plus annual bonus and tips
