This is a remote opportunity for a sales expert to sell services to colleges & universities across the country. This role is a hunter role that allows a versatile salesperson to identify colleges, engage with their staff, propose solutions and negotiate deals. Qualifications Summary
An inside B2B sales representative at The Reskill Network is one who likes creating opportunities. We are looking for someone who has enterprise-level experience cold-calling, selling over the phone & sending well-written follow-up. This person ideally has experience in the higher education field and has sold to colleges and universities before. This role is a new role on a developing team. This means you’ll use the resources you have to get creative to achieve the goals ahead.
This role is an end-to-end sales position. This means you’ll control the entire process from researching leads to closing deals. It requires you to be versatile, organized and hungry. We are looking for someone with:
- A large history of sales to mid to large organizations
- Experience in the higher education field
- The versatility to work in an early-stage startup
Job Details:
An inside B2B sales representative at The Reskill Network is someone who wants to take responsibility for the growth of the organization. In this position, one could expect to:
- Research colleges with strong online programs and add them to the CRM
- Keep a CRM up to date with new information & details
- Make cold calls to prospective organizations, dialing in & around to find the right people who need our solution
- Use needs assessment to build a deep understanding of the challenges a prospective college faces
- Send follow-up emails with value-added to continue the conversation
- Schedule appointments with key decision makers
- Present our solutions over Zoom to interested prospects, addressing those challenges from earlier conversations & how we can help achieve their goals
- Build proposals that are a best fit for the client & our services
- Negotiate those details with the prospect to finalize a contract
- Maintain detailed notes on activity within the CRM

Base salary for this position will be 55-65k w on-time earnings expected to be at 147k. Commissions are uncapped and the income potential is far higher than OTE for this position.
