CSI is searching for a remote-based Inside Sales Associate for their GET division. This role is both internally and externally focused and is an integral interface for all new business growth in the company. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong book of business for and will coordinate the generation of sales opportunities through existing customer relationships, lead generation and prospect follow up.

As the Inside Sales Professional you will:
- Develop a robust sales plan to support your overall sales and profitability goals.
- Develop an organized comprehensive target/prospect list of new prospects that fit the GET Division’s target customer profile.
- Update list as necessary (primary point of contact, email addresses, website, etc.)
- Choose 1-2 trade shows to visit per quarter to further develop target/prospect list.
- Administratively track daily/weekly:
- New prospects identified with contact information.
- Expected RFQ’s/wins (including timing and estimated value)
- Meeting schedule / appointment schedule weekly
- Travel Schedule (travel must be pre-approved by GET Division Lead)
- Gain intelligence from customer/prospect interaction of products/services that CSI could offer to help fill a customer need.
- Track Win/Loss and document reasons for each.
- Act as the internal knowledge champion for all new prospects/customers as the relationships are developed.
To be successful in the role you must possess:
Education/Skills & Experience:
- BS or BA degree preferred, with a concentration/focus in marketing or sales, but not necessary.
- Proven track record with GET sales to small, medium, and large OEMs, as well as dealers and Individuals preferred
- Strong analytical skills; sound Excel proficiency
- Must be highly organized and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Driven to learn what it takes to work in internal sales with a specific concentration in ground engagement (teeth, adapters, pins, edges, etc.) as well as outside GET components such as machined castings, machined forgings, weldments, gears, bearings, turned parts, stampings, etc.
- Driven to ensure top-line sales targets are achieved.
- Ability to influence others and build effective working relationships both internally and externally within CSI and outside the organization.
- Professional presentation, with excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think analytically and work independently, anticipates customer needs.
- Negotiation skills, customer relationship, and contract management experience.
