We're looking for candidates with SOLID Sales experience, to communicate and close down free roof inspections.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day duties will consist of serving the needs of our customers.
- Calling insurance companies to follow up on our customers' progress with their claims.
- Taking inbound call-in leads, sending out text messages, and making follow-up calls.
- Booking roofing inspections & coordinating with homeowners.
1-year Phone Sales experience preferred.
Candidates with strong phone sales skills or inside phone experience is a plus.
A good fit should be career-minded, seeking advancement and growth. Applicants need to be comfortable with being assertive in setting new inspections over the phone, be tech-savvy, confident with inbound calls and should also be willing to learn the ins and outs of roofing industry practices and terms, as well as insurance industry procedures.
