What We Need:

Coldwell Solar, Inc is looking for talented and driven inside sales person who is interested and dedicated to offering superior products and services to potential customers. We do not just sell projects and move on. Relationships are developed and representatives are expected to continue building and nurturing them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Primarily consult with clients and nurture warm leads and follow-up on generated leads to consistently achieve high-conversion ratios
  • Generate and develop new sales opportunities
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain and track sales opportunities in a CRM
  • Follow up with all potential and closed opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers inside assigned, including but not limited to: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company product; Reporting sales activities and progress to achieve set goals to the Sales Manager; weekly and monthly goals, revenue targets, sales funnel health, average revenue-per-sale, total outreach, and time will all be used as indicators of your effort and performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of business strategy, marketing, and lead generation
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional work ethic and drive

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
