Aqua Fresca is hiring a Full-Time Inside Sales & Marketing Representative who will drive the sales activities targeting vertical industries in the NJ/NY metropolitan area. We’re looking for a creative, energetic person with a “make things happen” attitude who will be the hub of our sales activities. Experience with technology tools for sales & marketing is a must. This person will work closely with owner of company to reach sales goals and shall be responsible for the following:

Inbound Sales Leads:

• Handle and record all inbound sales leads, from incoming phone calls and emails
• Set appointments with inbound sales leads for outside sales reps
• Contact companies that visit our website to gauge interest & set appointment for outside reps
• Generate, send and follow up on quotes
• Schedule Free 1-Week Trial once quote is approved
• Generate Rental & Service Agreements for signature
• Enter customer information for finance credit
• Generate account details to finance & admin staff

Outbound Sales Leads:

• Collaborate with outside sales reps to find contacts at target companies
• Access our lead service ZoomInfo for prospective leads
• Design, Implement and follow up on Weekly Email Campaigns to prospects
• Research and contact companies that are relocating
• Send 100 emails per week, monitor the analysis of emails opened, make follow up calls
• Schedule appointments for outside sales reps, enter all information in Google Calendar
• Generate, send and follow up on quotes
• Schedule Free 1-Week Trial once quote is approved
• Create Rental & Service Agreements for signature
• Enter customer information for finance credit
• Generate account details to finance & admin staff

Existing Customer Base Opportunities:

• Create emails to existing customer base to announce new products or promotions
• Maintain existing customer email data for sales communications
• Identify upsell opportunities for existing customers

Support Role to Outside Sales Reps:

• Phone calls and emails from outside sales reps for updates on prospects
• Provide all account contact and equipment details to Service Manager for installations
• Update Outside Sales Reps with installation dates for their prospects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
