Job Description
The Customer Communication Representative will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, individual who will participate in
contacting customers to drive attendance to worldwide roadshow events throughout the year. They will also be required to
organize and manage event logistics and shipment of marketing materials, as well as manage inventory to include ordering, receiving, counting and storing collateral and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and partners to drive attendance to Kaseya events
- Work with Marketing leadership to develop, plan and execute events
- Coordinate event sponsorships
- Create scripts for each campaign
- Rebuttals - draft talking points for most common customer rebuttals
- Add notes in Salesforce
- Maintain a database of customer issues and Salesforce discrepancies and forward to the appropriate department for resolution
- Contact customers to confirm attendance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers on behalf of the marketing and sales teams
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pay attention to detail and provide great customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter;
- Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes beyond expectations
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in telesales (Preferred, not required)
