We are a value added Distributor, providing services above and beyond what is normal in the distribution industry. The Inside Sales Support Representative will focus on customer and sales support to help strengthen our customer base. This position provides customers with access to web portals, provides product knowledge as required, facilitates sample and training requests, coordinates with customer service reps, sales territory managers, and other department teams to provide solutions for their needs. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and have a genuine desire to promote customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and procedures
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Liaison to Sales territory Managers in the field
• Assist in coordinating National Account projects
• Work with CSRs in promoting customer satisfaction
• Various other Administrative Duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); QuickBooks and Smartsheet experience a plus, but not required
• A dependable team player
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Desire to learn and understand company services and its position in the industry
• Experience in an office environment preferred
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
